Transitions is a project for people with experience of homelessness, addiction and/or mental health issues.
Transitions gives those who take part the opportunity to improve their lives through workshops, performances, mentoring, training and more. We have been working with this community in the North West since 2008 and we have long term to commitment to the individuals and voluntary sector services we work in partnership with.
Activities take place in support settings, hostels and arts settings across Greater Merseyside: St. Helens, Liverpool, Wirral, Knowsley and Sefton.
