We work with communities across Merseyside offering multi-faceted long term projects that use use theatre to build confidence, develop skills and explore 21st Century social and political themes and issues. All our activities are free, fully accessible and we’ll even reimburse you for travel expenses if needed. Find out more about our work below:
For Young People
Where You’re At: courses for young people with experience of migration.
Youth Theatre: a weekly youth theatre that meets on a Tuesday evening and works towards one production each year.
Arts Colleges: week long courses which take place out of school term for young people with experience of the care system.
Arts Award Accredited Courses: 6 or 10 week courses in youth, community and support settings for young people.
Other Theatres: a weekly skills and development session for adults.
Stepping into Drama: a partnership project with Stepping Stones, Sefton.
Mentoring Project: for adults looking to gain experience within the creative industries.
For Older Adults
Words of Wisdom: fun, creative sessions for older adults in libraries in Knowsley and Liverpool.
Arts & Dementia Pocket Guide: training for carers looking to embed creativity into their day to day caring routine.
The Fourth Act: this wild, fun, creative and passionate group of older adults come together each year to tour production.
