Lottery Funding Awarded for Transitions Project
Transitions is a three year project which aims to empower people with experience of homelessness to engage more effectively with statutory and service provision; and support them to make a smooth transition from street to hostel and hostel to home. This project has been made possible by a grant from the Big Lottery’s Reaching Communities Programme, Arts Council England and through partnership with The Whitechapel Centre. More on this project later on in the year.
