Other Ways of Telling will kick off unity theatre’s U Decide week prior to the General Election 2015 with their street theatre performance What If…?
The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, democracy is dying, but can it be saved?
Do you dare to dream?
Be brave!
Join the procession and fan the flame.
What If…? introduces us to Reverend Haveitall who is a fan of big business and couldn’t be happier that democracy is dying in the UK. Will Reverend Shareitout stand by and let Reverend Haveitall celebrate? Will the passers by on Hope Street let democracy die without trying to save it? All will be revealed on Tuesday 5th May when a most theatrical gang of gospel singing mourners comes into town.
Join us for a processional performance starting at Unity Theatre, Hope Place, Liverpool at 5.45pm.
Schedule
5.45pm – Procession from Unity Theatre to Hope Street via Hope Place
6.15pm – Performance in Studio 2, Unity Theatre
This is a free, non ticketed event. Unity Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible.
