We deliver fun, creative, multidisciplinary Arts Award accredited courses in youth clubs, community spaces and support settings for young people
Since 2010 hundreds of young people in the Liverpool City Region have benefited from working with a diverse team of expert artists to create sound, video and performance that tells the world their stories, their concerns and their hopes and dreams for the future.
A Dreamer’s Guide to Freedom
This hybrid digital performance was produced by our Youth Theatre in partnership with Focal Studios and musician Phill Howley, and directed by Youth Theatre Director Ben Mellor.
The piece follows a group of characters who feel trapped, and asks what it would take to feel truly free.
Fight for the Future
In early 2021, young people from Pilgrim Street Arts worked with artists from Collective Encounters to learn about the global climate action movement and how they could get involved, while developing creative skills such as drama, creative writing and spoken word.
They created this visual podcast to spread the word on how we can individually and collectively take action.
