We have a limited number of places on a new Confidence through Creativity course, starting 25th January 2022.
Confidence through Creativity is an accredited course for women over 19 in the Liverpool City Region who have not been in work, education or training for at least 6 months. Sessions will take place twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Using a variety of fun, creative and arts-based approaches including simple drama, film and radio, participants will have the opportunity to explore themes of female confidence, empowerment and resilience, leading to a performance for International Women’s Day (8 March 2022).
The training will be delivered through a mix of online and in-person sessions. Participants will be introduced step-by-step to the digital skills needed to take part e.g. using Zoom.
Before the course begins, each participant’s current digital skills and other access requirements will be assessed to identify their support needs. Tablets and internet data can be provided to enable participation. We can also help with costs such as travel and childcare for in-person sessions, and we’ll work with you to identify anything else that can help you take part.
