In the context of severe inequalities in reproductive healthcare for US and UK-based black women, in late 2023 we will be creating a safe space for Black women to explore themes of reproductive justice, informed by historical research, and social change.

We will do this using participatory theatre methodology and research uncovered by Dr Andrea Livesey, a specialist in slavery and its legacies in the US and the UK.
