Child Poverty Action Group is a national organisation that uses its understanding of what causes poverty and the impact is has on children’s lives to campaign for policies that will prevent and solve poverty – for good. CPAG is currently campaigning to make universal credit fit for families, because as it stands the new benefit system is set to push hundreds of thousands more children into poverty.
