Programme Coordinator (Part-time)
Collective Encounters is seeking a Programme Coordinator. This is an important role responsible for working with the Executive Director and Artistic Steering Group to coordinate the logistical requirements of Collective Encounters’ programmes and events. This role will be mostly remote working, with attending workshops, performances, and training when required across the Liverpool City Region.
Key Information:
Hours: 16 hours (0.4 FTE)
Location: Home working; attendance at meetings/ workshops in Liverpool City Region
Contract: Part Time
Salary range: ÂŁ29,000 – ÂŁ31,000 pro-rata (dependent on experience)
Holiday: 25 days pro-rata plus bank holidays

Lead Artist and Project Manager, Families in Action (freelance)
Collective Encounters is seeking a participatory theatre maker or artist (any discipline) to lead an exciting short-term project working with a range of parent and family groups to share experiences and influence services in Liverpool. You will have excellent participatory arts credentials and an innovative and ethical approach to working with communities to co-produce knowledge.Â
Key Information:
Contract type: Freelance
Hours: 18 days over 4-5 months
Fee: ÂŁ3,420, plus expenses for travel within Liverpool City RegionÂ
Location: Home working, with workshop and event delivery around Liverpool City Centre and Toxteth
Expected start date: December 2023

Volunteer, community workshops
Do you want to volunteer in community settings? We have opportunities for volunteers to support the set up and running of creative workshops. Your duties will be agreed with you to suit your interests, but might include helping to set up workshop spaces, giving out refreshments, and assisting workshop participants. We offer training and support, and will reimburse your travel expenses within Liverpool City Region.
For certain volunteer roles (e.g. supporting workshops with children) you will need to possess a recent Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or be willing to undergo one.
